Message dated and received May 20 was read, stating the Governor               
transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                 
resolution to the Lieutenant Governors Office for permanent filing:            
                                                                               
SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3 Requesting Bruce                                      
M. Botelho, Attorney General of the State of                                   
Alaska, to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate                         
the possible misuse of the Alaska Public Safety
